These items will be delivered to the club and placed into coaches’ team bags. Please check with your coach at your first training session to collect them.
If you require additional shorts or socks after registrations close, AJSC has partnered with Sportspower Treendale, who will stock our club colours in store.

These will be given to you at the end of year presenations. Individual photo options will be available during the year. Stay tuned to our facebook page.
AJSC is also seeking coaches and referees.
Training courses and ongoing development opportunities are available.

➡️ Without a coach there is no team. Without a referee there is no game!
An International Transfer Certificate (ITC) is required for every player aged 10 years or older, who are playing football in Australia for the first time, is not an Australian citizen, or whose last registration was overseas. This is a FIFA requirement to ensure players are not under contract or suspended, and is applicable even if the player is an Australian citizen or if they have been registered in Australia previously.
You will be contacted by your coach one to two weeks before the first game (earlier for older teams).
Coaches will organise suitable training times with their team.
Please ensure Emergency Contact details are completed and kept up to date in the Adult Member section.
This information is also used to record adult members, which is required for Leschenault Sporting Association (LSA) membership at the Pavilion.
More information is available on the FAQ page.

We look forward to welcoming you to AJSC and wish everyone a fantastic season! ⚽
AJSC has experienced a decline in volunteer numbers, while an increasing workload is being carried by a small group of committee members. Where volunteers cannot be sourced, the club is required to pay or reimburse individuals to complete essential tasks.
To support this, a Volunteer Levy is collected per family each season.
This levy is fully refundable when a family volunteers in eligible roles for the club.
During registration, families can:
Nominate volunteer roles they are interested in, or
Opt not to volunteer
For more information on available roles, please visit the Volunteer Page.
A club of AJSC’s size relies heavily on volunteers to operate successfully. We have a dedicated and motivated committee, however additional help is needed to share the workload across operational and event roles, including:
Canteen support
Pitch setup and pack-down
Event assistance (e.g. Girls Carnival, sausage sizzles)
Coaching bag preparation
Please introduce yourself to a committee member early in the season if you are able to assist.
All registrations must be completed by 9:00pm on 9 March 2026.
After the cut-off date, registrations will be closed. If you wish to be considered for a waitlist placement, please email the registrars at:
registrar@ajsc.org.au
To be considered fully registered, players must be registered in BOTH systems:
This includes one of the following completed by the cut-off date:
Players who are not fully registered by the cut-off date will be placed on the waitlist and will only be allocated to teams if numbers allow.
⚠️ KidSport reminder:
Please ensure you apply for and receive your KidSport voucher number before starting registration, as the voucher number is required during the registration process.
